This is a charity event supporting the Dublin Simon Community and the NHS Charities Together hosted by Brian Fitzpatrick of BF Sports Analysis. Donate links for the charities are below.
The event is doing opposition lineout analysis with 2 lineout experts.
- Nick Kennedy: Former England international, Toulon Heineken Cup winner, former London Irish Director of Rugby current Director of Recruitment at Saracens. 1.40
- Dewald Senekal: Former Cheetahs, Lions, Toulon, Agen and Bayonne player and Bayonne, Grenoble and Stade Français Coach. 3.35
We explore how Nick and Dewald analyse an opposition lineout, sampling the Wales lineout from the Rugby World Cup 2019 as if they were Fiji. Nick and Dewald analysed Wales 3 previous games with stats provided by BF Sports Analysis. 8.48
Nick and Dewald then share their strategies of how they would stop the Welsh lineout (93.09) before reviewing how Fiji actually did defend Wales’s lineout. 117.20
The charity element is that you will vote on who you think had the better strategy. The link for voting on twitter will be provided after the video has premiered. Whoever has the better strategy will receive €75 from BF Sports Analysis for their chosen charity.
If you can, please donate to the charities below and if you could message me informing me of your donation so I can keep track of the impact of this, that would be much appreciated!
